Payment Methods

Online payment:

We accept payment by credit cards, debit cards and cheques.

To guarantee efficient and secure payments online we've launched a new payment system using Sage Pay. This system accepts all major credit and debit cards and ensures all details are kept safe.

Payment by Phone:

Prefer to speak to one of the cider makers - we happily accept orders and payment by phone during office working hours 9am - 5pm Monday - call us on 01460 55195 to complete the order.

Payment by cheque:

We also accept payment by cheque. Pay by cheque can be selected whilst ordering on line. Cheques should be made out to Perry's Cider, please also write your order reference number on the back of any cheques.

Please note: Your cider will only be dispatched after the cheque has been cleared. This may take up to 5 working days after receiving the cheque.

Delivery

Delivery charges

Free delivery applies to mainland England, Wales, Southern and central Scotland only. For delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands + Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly please contact us for individual quotations.

Please note we only deliver within the UK.

Delivery Times

- We normally dispatch and deliver our ciders within 7 working days of the order being taken, however depending on how busy we are the majority of cider is dispatched and delivered within 2-3 working days.

- Our ciders are usually delivered between 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday

What happens if I'm not in when my cider is delivered?

- If there is no where to leave your cider safely the courier will leave the contact details of the local depot, and you will be able to get in touch directly to arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time, or arrange to collect the cider directly form their depot.

- You can also select to leave your cider in a safe place such as a garage, coal shed or neighbour at the checkout stage. This allows the delivery people to leave the cider without a signature in a safe place.

Where do we deliver and what are the charges?

- We deliver our ciders anywhere in mainland England, Wales, Southern and central Scotland.

- Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Scottish Highlands + Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly please call for an individual quote.

- Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK. However we can accept overseas payment for deliveries within the UK.

Refunds & Returns

In the unlikely event that your order was damaged in transit we will happy offer a refund or replacement. Just give us a call on 01460 55195, or drop us a line and we'll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
