Tasting Notes:
We use the apples own ‘wild yeast' to keep the fermentation slow and cold. This produces a well balanced medium to sweet cider with soft astringency and a full bodied flavour. The cider is lightly sparkling to lift the full apple flavour and aroma.
Serve chilled and enjoy with good food or simply by itself.

"I have purchased dabinett cider from other producers and it is normally for me quite middle of the road. This however is lovely.
Cloudy mid amber colour, with light carbonation.
Mild aromas which are copied in the taste.
This has sublet dry and instant sweet characteristic making it a really pleasurable medium cider.
The sweetness has a hint of toffee apple about it on the after taste.
Really enjoyable cider, purchased online directly from the Perry's website. "
